1921 census now available
Are you researching your family tree? You can now get free access to the 1921 census in all our libraries and West Sussex Record Office.
The 1921 census was taken on 19 June 1921 (delayed by a couple of months due to industrial unrest) and records where individuals were on that night.
For many people this may be the first time you have been able to find information on close family members e.g. parents and grandparents and so is an important step back in time.
You can search the census from the Findmypast homepage click on ‘All Record Sets’ in the ‘Quick Links’ and type ‘1921’ in the search box. The 1921 Census is the top match.
