Working in libraries
Have you ever wondered what it might be like to work in a library? We are holding two free webinars on Zoom with lots of information about library jobs.
Have you ever wondered what it might be like to work in a library? You may visit your local library regularly, or just occasionally, so you think you’ve got a pretty good idea of what we do. But what goes on behind the scenes? And what is it that makes our staff enjoy their work and find it satisfying and rewarding?
We want to tell you more about working in libraries, so we are holding two free webinars on Zoom where we’ll give you lots of information about library jobs.
Reserve a place at one of our online events:
- Thursday 12 January 6.00-7.00pm - register for our Job Webinar
- Saturday 14 January 10.30-11.30am - register for our Job Webinar
You will hear from library staff talking about their jobs, learn about how to apply, and pick up some helpful tips for completing a successful application.
We’ll highlight our current vacancies, which can be found here: www.westsussex.gov.uk/jobs
And if you’re not looking for a job at the moment, why not tell your friends or family so they can sign up for one of our events?
