I'm sorry but I couldn't get into this book. It felt a bit like a modern Agatha Christie novel without Poirot or Miss Marple there to solve the crime. It was comfortably paced and easy to pick up and put down but I found it a chore to finish. I like Richard Osman so will attempt another of his novels to compare.
