We hope you enjoy our Story Magic Online: The Secret Ingredient, a Bag Books Story. These are fun and suitable for everyone but especially brilliant for children with additional needs.
To take part in this multi-sensory story you may like to gather a few of the following items from around the home to use as props to help bring the story alive and engage with the senses.
The items we will be using for this story are:
1. Recipe book
2. Board or hard surface – chopping board/nearby table
3. Cuddly toy dog/cat
4. Chocolate
5. Mixing bowl and spoon
6. Small bowl and whisk
7. Oven Gloves
8. Icing
9. Packet of pet treats
10. Party hat
11. Torch/ un-lit candle
12. Wet sponge
If you don't have an item at home you could swap it for another!
