Reading Well helps you to manage and understand your health and wellbeing using helpful reading. The books are all recommended by health experts as well as people living with the conditions and their families and carers. Reading Well for mental health has books on a variety of conditions including anxiety and depression.

Reading Well Shelf Help is a list of books on mental health conditions for young people aged 13-18 years. All the books on the lists are available from your local library

NHS Choices provides information on different health conditions, local services, healthy living and more.
