Time to Talk are a team of trained and supervised, psychological therapists offer talking therapies in GP surgeries or community venues within the West Sussex area.

In addition to our wide range of regular activities such as Knit and Natter and Relax with Colouring, we also have special events such as health checks, Wellbeing MOTs, yoga and mindfulness tasters and more! Reading Well is a scheme managed by The Reading Agency to help people manage their health and wellbeing using helpful reading. There are booklists for adults and young people aged 13-18. All the lists and books are in our libraries
